Founder & CEO

Tomohiro Kajiyama

After Cemano Kobe Youth U-18 and Kansai University, he played two seasons in Australia’s NSW State League first division from 2016. In 2017 he became the first Japanese player to win that league’s golden boot award.

On retirement he joined Recruit Holdings. He worked in business strategy and planning on Study Sapuri, one of Japan’s largest education products, and on Quipper, Recruit Holdings’ global education business for Southeast Asia (the Philippines and Indonesia).

He then founded Kepty Co., Ltd. The company runs Kepty English — English learning specialised in football, for professionals and the youth and academy pathway — and now uses that same network to help overseas companies enter the Japan market.
